Important Note:
- The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
- While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee/ organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
- Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions at the venue.
- Accompanying Persons will be allowed for the conference meals only if they have registered for the conference.
- The registration fee for Workshop W01 includes accommodation (2 nights and 3 days), food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and teaching material.

- Links to apply for Workshops W02, W03, W04 & W05 will be sent to your email ID once you have completed the process of registering for the conference as per the categories mentioned on the registration page.
- Delegates registering for the ‘Single Day’ or only for ‘Workshop W01’ will not have access to the Gala Dinner.
Inclusions:
- Conference kit with all scientific material.
- Access to scientific sessions & exhibition halls. Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions.
- Opportunities for collaboration with an interdisciplinary network of emerging and leading scientists. Industry driven technology solutions in the exhibit hall.
- Access to hands-on workshops (only access to workshops WO2 to WO5) at the conference, although, prior selection and additional payment for the workshop during the registration step is required.
- Conference Lunches on conference days, Inaugural Dinner & Gala Dinner.
Cancellation Policy:
- Kindly send the cancellation requests to ishg2024@frige.co.in, on or before 30th Nov’23. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted on the phone.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from initiating the request for cancellation.
- Up to 30th Nov’23 – money will be refunded after deducting the processing fee (Rs. 500/-) and taxes paid.
- 1st Dec’23 onwards – No refund. ISHG will not provide a refund if an attendee is unable to attend due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforseen incidents beyond ISHG’s control
